Common Issues & Solutions

Why is my video quality poor during streaming?
Poor video quality usually results from insufficient upload bandwidth or outdated graphics drivers. Check your internet speed first—you need at least 10 Mbps upload for 1080p streaming. Update your graphics drivers and reduce the streaming resolution in OBS if problems persist.
Audio keeps cutting out or sounds distorted
Audio issues often stem from incorrect sample rates or buffer settings. Set your audio interface to 48kHz sample rate and increase the buffer size to 512 samples. Ensure your microphone is plugged into a USB 3.0 port and disable any unnecessary audio processing effects.
Software crashes when rendering videos
Rendering crashes typically indicate insufficient RAM or overheating. Close all unnecessary programs before rendering, ensure adequate cooling for your system, and try rendering shorter segments if the full video fails. Consider upgrading to 32GB RAM for professional video editing.
Platform won't accept my stream settings
Each platform has specific requirements. YouTube accepts up to 8000 kbps bitrate, while Twitch caps at 6000 kbps. Use CBR encoding and ensure your keyframe interval is set to 2 seconds. Double-check your stream key and server selection in your streaming software.
Browser freezes during online sessions
Browser performance issues usually relate to insufficient RAM or too many background processes. Close unnecessary browser tabs, disable resource-heavy extensions, and clear your browser cache. Chrome performs best with our platform, so consider switching if you're using older browsers.
